SkillELECTRIC
SkillELECTRIC has been designed to promote standards and skills across the electrotechnical industries, developing competence into excellence. It will test competitors’ performance in tasks drawn from the role of the electrician.
Competitors will undertake a series of practical tests based on real-life work which will demonstrate their abilities and highlight their outstanding skills in their industry.
SkillELECTRIC can bring invaluable benefits to students, colleges and employers. Competitors can gain recognition for exceptional skills, injecting dynamism and excitement into training. Employers can enhance their business reputation and improve the skills of their workforce.
SkillELECTRIC covers the whole of the UK and organises heats and semi-finals for England and Wales. Skillbuild NI carries out the same for Northern Ireland and SECTT for Scotland.
