SkillPIPE

SkillPIPE has been designed to promote standards and skills across the commercial heating pipe-fitting industry, developing competence into excellence.

The competition gives colleges and individuals an opportunity to participate in a national initiative to find the industry's best apprentices in the UK.  Competitors will undertake a series of practical tests based on real-life work, which will demonstrate their abilities and highlight their outstanding skills in their field.

Held annually, SkillPIPE can bring invaluable benefits to students, colleges and employers.  Competitors can gain recognition for exceptional skills, injecting dynamism and excitement into training.  Employers can enhance their business reputation and improve the skills of their workforce.
