Wales picks a winner in SkillPLUMB 2010 heats!

Bridgend College new £6.5m state-of-the-art construction centre played host to the Welsh heats of SkillPLUMB, which saw a quality line-up of contestants take part in a series of carefully planned theory and practical tests.
Competitors were accompanied by their families, training providers and employers at a gala awards evening with a highly entertaining after-dinner speaker, comedian Bob Mills, who had the audience rolling in the aisles as he plumbed the depths with his humorous tales!
The winning top three were:

Trained by Coleg Sir Gar, employed by Wyn Thomas Heating - Second runner up - Robert Weston
Trained by Wrexham College, employed by DI Jones
